The girls had a very successful tennis season this year with four competitive teams entered into the Schools' League.

• Our Minor C team won through their section and lost in a tight match 2-1 to Mount Anville in the quarter finals.
• Our Minor B team won a lot of their group sections but narrowly missed out on qualifying for the knock-out stages.
• Our Junior B team went to the first tennis final in ten years and only lost 2-1 in the final to The Teresian School. This is a great achievement.
• Our Senior B team also narrowly missed out on a finals berth by losing 2-1 to Muckross Park in the semi-finals.

Each Tuesday and Thursday lots of girls turned up for training and we had a great tennis season.

Well done to everyone who took part and also to the coaches who trained and gave huge encouragement to the girls.
