P5OH are back with a bang!
For Seachtain na Gaeilge
Seachtain na Gaeilge Shona Daoibh go léir i Scoil Naomh Andriú. Every day in P5OH this week, we spoke as Gaeilge, had loads of fun playing ‘Fiche Ceist’ (20 questions as Gaeilge) and kept a daily diary as Gaeilge for Seachtain na Gaeilge.
Éabha Smeeth danced to the ‘Glasgow Reel’ excellently, which was fitting as Éabha’s birthday on St. Patrick’s Day- festive Irish ‘Ceol n’ Craic!’

Our class practised the popular dance ‘Jerusalema’ with Mrs. Cole and Scott in the hall and on Thursday ran a mile of the hockey pitch testing out our fitness and creating a Mexican Wave (as pictured) which was much needed class bonding after a period of homeschooling.
For the classroom door competition we turned into leprechauns to increase our luck and had great fun drawing them! It’s been a great first week back full of Gaeilge, Irish music, learning how to use a compass in Math and dancing in P.E.
