Transition Year Guidance
Main Objectives:

To support students at times of transition

To help students grow in independence and take responsibility

To assist students in the exploration of the pathways available to them after post primary school

Our Guidance Counsellors will provide Transition year students with classes on the following topics:

CV preparation

Advice on finding work experience

In Transition Year, psychometric testing will be carried out, students have the opportunity to sit My Future Choice aptitude tests, and individual feedback and subject choice advise is provided to each student by their guidance Counsellor. Students also have an opportunity to take the PSAT test.
