Voice Teacher

Mezzo-soprano Niamh Kelly is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music in
Manchester, where she earned a PG Diploma in Performance with distinction. She also holds a
PG Diploma in Music Education from the University of Limerick and a BA (Hons) degree in
Music from NUI Maynooth.

Niamh has enjoyed a diverse and extensive performance career, showcasing her talents in
opera, oratorio, recitals, and the classical crossover genre. She has sung on stages across the
UK and Ireland and has performed throughout Europe, with tours and residencies in the United
States. Her credits include collaborations with prestigious companies such as English National
Opera, English Touring Opera, Glyndebourne Touring Company, Wexford Festival Opera,
Northern Ireland Opera, and Opera Holland Park. She has performed in renowned venues,
including the Royal Opera House Linbury Theatre, The Barbican Theatre, The Sage Gateshead,
The National Concert Hall, the Bercy in Paris, Disneyland Orlando and Las Vegas.

In addition to her performance work, Niamh is an experienced vocal teacher, having taught
students of all ages for over 15 years in both private and school settings. She is dedicated to
helping her students develop solid vocal technique while fostering a passion for singing. She
continues to prepare students for performances, grade exams, and practical assessments.
Niamh is thrilled to be a member of the music team at St Andrew's College.
