The St Andrew’s College Chess Club have reached the semi-finals of the Junior Leinster Schools Chess Championships 2016/17. The team consisted of Tom O’Gorman, Ross Beatty, Sacha Bistany, Will Walsh-Dowd and Jonathan Walsh-Dowd. We scored sixteen out of twenty in our games against St. Benildus B, Gonzaga B, Newpark and Clonkeen. We won every single match. The semi-final will be played on the 11^th of March against Colaiste Eoin.
