Congratulations to Sam Stewart 6C who won the U23 Mens -83kg weight class at the Irish Powerlifting Federation competition on 24 January. Powerlifting totals are ranked using a "Wilkes" score and Sam was also ranked 8th best lifter overall on the day out of 150+ competitiors.
