The string programme is further extended in these years.  In P3 the children can ‘try out’, if interested, for the cello or double bass as their instrument instead of the violin. The cello and double bass groups are limited to small number and places and are allocated by the instrument teacher following an assessment and in consultation with Ms. Armitage.  The string programme culminates in wonderful whole class performances in our end of Summer Concert.
