My name is Angela Westbrooks and it is my honour to be the P4W teacher.
I am originally from Colorado, USA. About 10 years ago, my partner and I decided to move back to his hometown of Dublin. We have since made Dublin home and started a family of our own with the addition of my two amazing daughters, Eabha and Aideen. This will be my eighth year teaching in St Andrew's College. I am returning from career break this year and anxious to be back in the classroom with my students. I am looking forward to the many memories and meaningful experiences we will share together this year.
It is my strong belief that learning is a life-long journey and it is my privilege to encourage students along the way. I work to develop a community of trust and allow learners opportunities to gain confidence, achieve success and grow as individuals. We work through challenging, hands-on learning experiences to understand ourselves, our world and the tools we will need in the future. My goal is that each one of us learns to be confident, creative, collaborative, critical thinkers that have the tools we need to change the world.
