Weekly Workout No 10

Stay fit, stay safe and stay well.

This is the last of our Weekly Workouts from Mr Jones and Ms Wallace who have worked hard to keep us all fit and active during the Covid-19 lockdown.  It has been possible to do each of the exercises in their weekly videos from the confines of home and we are very grateful to them both for demonstrating how the exercises should be properly carried out. 

Ms Wallace and Mr Jones would urge everyone to keep healthy by staying fit and getting out for a daily walk or run but only by sticking to the relevant legal  distance restrictions laid down by the Government.  It is very important to stay fit but it is even more important to stay safe and keep others safe too.
