P2 & P3 Spanish Students

Collaboration Language Project

This month we have started a collaboration language project with a Spanish School from Ceuta called “Ortega y Gasset”.  Our students will be working along with Spanish students from that school. The aim of the project is to develop a sense of respect towards the Spanish and Irish cultures and, at the same time, the students make use of the language they are learning.

Today the children from P2 and P3  were drawing emblematic symbols, monuments and buildings from Ceuta, the Spanish city.  One of those pictures will be chosen as a logo for the project that will appear alongside a picture drawn by one of the Spanish students.

They did a great job!!
