Student Property
Students are responsible for looking after their own property. All books and sports gear should be stored in the lockers provided. It is important to keep lockers properly secured at all times. All items should be marked with owner's name.

Lost Property
All items of lost property are stored in the Lost Property Office which is situated in the dining hall. The opening times are as follows:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
    8.15 a.m. - 8.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. - 1.45 p.m
  • Wednesday:
    8.15 a.m. - 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. - 1.15 p.m.

Lockers
Every student is provided with a locker. For security reasons, it has been decided that each student should supply his/her own lock. All personal possessions should be kept in lockers. The school will not be held responsible for items misplaced, mislaid or lost.

Lockers remain the property of the College and should be treated with respect. No graffiti should appear inside or outside lockers.

If students lose their keys they should contact maintenance or security personnel to have the lock removed.

Students should collect all books required for class at the beginning of the day and during official breaks. Students are not allowed to visit their lockers during classes without the permission of the class teacher.

Valuables
The College cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of personal valuables. Students are strongly advised not to bring large sums of money or items of value to school.

Personal Stereos
Students are not permitted to wear or use Walkman radios/CD players during class time. If they do so, the equipment will be confiscated for the remainder of the term.

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are permitted in the College. However, they must be switched off during class times. Failure to adhere to this regulation will result in the confiscation of the phone. It may be reclaimed at Reception, but only by a parent. Picture phones are to be used exclusively as normal phones and not as cameras. Students who use or attempt to use camera phones to take or show pictures will have their phone confiscated and will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
