EAL
Hello and welcome to EAL! My name is Louise Catherine Smith and I am delighted to be working as the EAL teacher for St Andrew’s Junior School. This is my second year teaching in St Andrew’s College and I look forward to working with the international children in the school.
St Andrew’s College provides secure and engaging learning environment for all children. I am excited to get started and to make the most of all the fabulous technology and resources in the school. I aim to create lessons which stimulate and encourage the pupils in my care.
I hope by the end of the year that my EAL students will become confident in their use of English and that this confidence will help them progress and succeed in all aspects of their schooling and daily lives.
